Melissa Haslam: Illustrative, whimsical, melancholic, sensual, escapist. It probably falls into the pop-surreal genre.
CM: What things inspire and influence you and your artwork?
MH: So many things! Nature (especially the exotic), the female form, fashion photography, vintage culture, and botanical art.
