ASIFA-Hollywood Animation Archive recently made a post showing off some of the boxes of goodies that have been sent out in celebration (and advertising) of the newest Neil Gaiman book to be made in a movie, Coraline. Check out the Coraline Mystery Boxes! (I am so excited for this movie, you have no idea.)
In other Neil Gaiman news Jouni Koponen illustrated Neil’s poem: “The Day the Saucers Came” recently. You can preorder one of the limited edition prints at Neil Gaiman’s Neverwear Store. You can also see a larger version of the print here.
Format magazine recently posted 20 Classic Hip Hop Album Covers Recreated in LEGO.
The LEGO album covers reminded me of Sleevface a blog (and book!) dedicated to “one or more persons obscuring or augmenting any part of their body or bodies with record sleeve(s) causing an illusion.”
